About WELL Health Medical Centres - Whitby (Formerly Jack Nathan Health Medical)
Welcome to Jack Nathan Health – Whitby, part of the WELL Health Clinic Network. Our clinic is located at the entrance of the Walmart store located at Baldwin Street South and Taunton Road East. This location is newly constructed, opening in January 2024. We offer walk-in medicine five days per week and two Saturdays per month. Please select ‘Call the Clinic’ to schedule your visit.
