Entrepreneur, artist, and business owner Zuirrae McKinney founded She Imagined Sweets in Newark, New Jersey, in 2011 in her mother’s kitchen. Specializing in one-of-a-kind bite-sized cheesecakes and coordinating intimate events, Zuirrae creates artistic and delicious desserts with high-quality ingredients. A student of schools like the International Culinary Center and Hudson County College, as well as being self-taught, she has honed her craft to perfection. Zuirrae also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and actively works with her community.
