Pitler Family Law & Mediation Specializes in Amicable Divorces. This includes uncontested or "one lawyer" divorces where we work with both parties to complete the court process smoothly and efficiently, drafting all court documents in accordance with your agreement, filing the docuemnts with the court and appearing in court with you. In mediation, we work as a neutral with both parties to facilitate an agreement on all issues and draft a Mediation Settlement Agreement. And a Collaborative Divorce is suitable when parties do not have an agreement and/or both want attorneys. In Collaborative, the attorneys work cooperatively with you and each other, and the entire case is handled in four way meetings and out of the courtroom.
