About Lisa Moore, LMFT - Therapist | Mindpath College Health

I have almost 20 years of experience helping adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, addiction, career and academic issues, health and lifestyle issues, and relationships. I collaborate with patients to understand the reason and scope of symptoms about what brings them to therapy and their lifestyle, culture, social relationships, and barriers to their fulfillment. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and evolutionary psychology. In my free time, I enjoy trail running, my friend’s dogs (since I don’t have one yet), philosophy, art, music, and meditation.
