As a Senior Electrical Engineer, Jim’s experience includes electrical design, project budget pricing, construction supervision, drawing, and manual approval. Jim has had experience in designing various building groups in accordance with the latest version of the Canadian Electrical Code plus the National Building Code. Jim has experience in life safety issues like Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Emergency Power, Exit Signage, Door Control, And CO Detectors. He has acted as a sub-consultant and a prime-consultant generating site review reports, progress payments, change notices, substantial completion, and completion certificates.
