About Janelle Norman, LPCC - Therapist | Mindpath College Health

I work collaboratively with authenticity, empathy, and humor to create a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can confront their inner conflicts. I help adults and families with addiction, attachment issues, body image, depression, eating disorders, grief, trauma, and substance use. My warm, person-centered approach uses trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy. I strive to help my patients meet their goals and understand the value of addressing people as a whole and integrative, not just as the disorder or issue they wish to heal. I enjoy reading, watching movies, attending plays, and traveling in my free time. I also love live music and am always looking to broaden my Spotify playlists.
