Hawai‘i Life Kohala Coast Office In 2015, we opened Hawai’i Life’s first Kohala Coast office in the Queens’ Marketplace at Waikoloa Beach Resort. On a clear day from the shoreline at Waikoloa, you can see the 13,803-foot high Mauna Kea, along with Mauna Loa, Hualalai and the Kohala mountains, plus Mauiʻs Haleakala in the near-distance. Sunny, dry weather, raw lava rock from (relatively) recent flows, calm waters and white sandy beaches are hallmarks of the Kohala Coast. Our office here services the Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea Resorts, and long-term residential communities in this region including Waikoloa Village, Puako, Kohala Ranch, Hawi and Waimea.
