Eileen Higgins, MD, FACS obtained her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. She completed her specialty training in General Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, Florida, where she was Chief Resident. She obtained her Board Certification in General Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
