About Brighter Transition Youth Treatment Center

Brighter Transition Youth Treatment Center is a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) that serves youth preparing to reintegrate into the community. Brighter Transition Youth Treatment Center is a 32-bed transitional facility licensed by the State of South Dakota and accredited by the Joint Commission. The program offers community reintegration services for youth when appropriate services may not be available in an outpatient setting. Our environment of care provides a trauma-informed treatment setting through which continued recovery and resiliency are promoted for life-changing success.
