Welcome to Baek Primary Care Clinic. I am Sujin Baek, AGACNP, the owner and sole provider. Located in Aurora, Colorado, our clinic specializes in managing chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. With emergency room experience, I can handle urgent sick cases and perform women’s health exams. Our Medical Assistant (MA) offers in-house blood work, cultures, and EKGs. We accept self-pay (new patient $125, established patient $100, most blood work under $10), Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, and Aetna. We are multilingual: fluent in Korean and English, intermediate in Spanish, and currently studying Arabic. Our MA is a native Spanish speaker.
