Angelika comprehensively evaluates biological, environmental, and psychosocial factors and provides education and coaching techniques. She believes in and promotes whole body and mind wellness, social support, self-care interventions, and lifestyle modifications, including diet and exercise. Angelika has always been interested in human psychology and behavioral health and their integral relationship with overall well-being. She also wants to increase access to care for the most vulnerable patients and their families. Angelika enjoys adventure trips with her husband and two boys, including going to the beach, camping, eating international cuisines, visiting Lake Tahoe, sports, and traveling.
